Overall Rating
We just ended a 2 month stay here. It’s clean, friendly and gated access. The park has 2 fire pits, we loved the one that looks like a fireplace. Good internet included. Would stay here again.

Overall Rating
We enjoyed our stay at Sundowner. The staff are nice and attentive, the area is nice and quiet but close enough to neighboring cities for shopping, food, and entertainment. Only wish there were more laundry units. Only 2 washes and 2 dryers.
