Very large park with a ton of amenities. Mostly seasonal snowbirds in park models. I wish I could give them a better rating but they really gave us the worst site in the park. We were escorted to the site via golf cart and it was painfully small for our 30 foot rig. It had a cement pad with a huge drop off to the grassy area for the rig. The comment from the escort was " the computer says you can fit in this site" and "we have a caravan coming in tomorrow so there is no other site available". After moving the unwelcoming neighbors golf carts and tow vehicles I was able to shoehorn it in. By the way/ there were plenty of empty nice spots during our entire stay. We also found there website difficult to negotiate as they have so many categories of sites, we choose a "premium" site. Again this is a nice park, just be very careful of your site selection.

For Internet the wifi was pretty bleak, i was not able to get any decent speed out of it.
We use a Peplink BR2 Max Duo and I was able to get great signal with both the T-mobile Sim and the ATT Sim. I opted to not use the camp wifi because of the slow speed.

This was the third or fourth time we have stayed here. We come with Giant Recreation World for our annual Rally with the camping club. The service and amenities are excellent. We always have a great time there.

They have a pool, bar and grill at the pool, 2 hot tubs (1 for adults only and 1 for kids) shuffle board, lawn bowling, miniature golf, 2 dog parts, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, etc and planned activities for the community. They had more that 1,000 sites with I would say 75% or so being "full timers" (in quotes because they can only live here 9 months a year). There are golf carts everywhere and you can rent one from Sun N Fun. There is a health club on sight as well that was free to use while staying there. This has an indoor pool so you can swim laps. This resort does have it all, but at a cost. We are happy that we stayed here as we have family around the area and it was a great place for them to all come and see us and take advantage of all of the amenities. This Wifi provided was not really adequate for working, but they do have an option to pay for boosted wifi. The site we stayed at was close to the pool area, which was nice that we could walk to it. If you stay elsewhere in the park, you would have to walk much further, ride bikes or drive your golf cart/car to use this. With that, there was a lot of traffic because we were so close to the entrance/exit/pool. I would rather be close to those things and give up a little bit of road noise.

We came down in Feb so the water slide wasn’t running but they have an outdoor heated pool and kiddie pool, an indoor pool for adults, a restaurant and bar at the pool, the cutest playground, golf cart rental, a craft center, and tons of different sports. The restaurant delivers right to your campsite! There was even a party at the pool one night with a live band! Our kids loved it here so much! We will definitely be back! And I highly recommend getting a golf art because the property is huge!! I would say our only cons were the size of our campsite and was how busy the streets were! Our little one kept trying to wander toward the road which was super close and there was a lot of golf cart & car traffic going by.

Many attractions around the area. OK free internet, but much better for streaming or working (web calls) if you pay extra ($15 for the week).

We found that we wanted a Felix site, it’s a few dollars more so that we could have a nice concrete pad and a flat drive for parking.
One drawback is that the pool and water slide were out main attractors, but the park sells daily pool passes and the pool was packed, like you can run accords the pool and peoples heads and not get wet packed. Hopefully they will change this in the future.
Overall, great experience. 20 minutes drive to the number 1 beach in the USA at Siesta Key.

We originally were going to take our 6 year old grand son here for the weekend but his families plans changed so we went anyway. We have been at this park several times before and have enjoyed the pool and work out area and riding bikes ETC. This happen to be the weekend that Saturday was free to the locals and what a difference . We had to endure Drunks staggering around the pool and the band broke out into a fight requiring the cops to come. Glade to leave when we did. I don't want to sound eleatest but not your typical RV crowd. The park should have had off duty police around to control the crowds at least.

With almost 3000 RV sites and park models this is a community in itself. Many children's activities and facilities. Grocers, pharmacies, and redicare facilities nearby. About 9 miles from the gulf, but with the great pool you will not miss it. On bus line into Sarasota too.
