Booked a tent site in the furthest part of the park. There were two other campers. The RV part was quite full and very close together. The entrance is a little hard to find as it’s behind the general store/gas station. Everyone was super nice. The site was lovely and they do their best to provide shade and privacy.

Once you get back there, where do you check in without blocking the one lane drive entirely? Your guess is as good as mine.
Once inside all the spaces are tiny sardine spaces. We have a 22 footer and didn’t feel comfortable navigating the rows. I cannot imagine getting in and out of here with anything bigger. We booked a premium RV site, and upon arrival we find that we are not able to fit our truck there with our 22 foot rig! What? National park sites are bigger that this! Why even stay at places like these if there is no ease or convenience?
If an easy and effortless experience is something you seek from full hook up RV parks then look elsewhere.

Located just in town. In front of McDonald’s. Small pool with almost no shade. Laundry are ok. Site are ok. Very hot in July so you better have AC. Restrooms are clean. Arches park is very good. Dead horse point is nice for MTB and sightseeing

The best of the best!! Incredible staff that goes above and beyond! So genuine and helpful. Camp is spacious, clean and quiet - even with how close it is to main st. If you’re looking for a place to stay on Moab, stop looking and stay here!

It's late November and it looks like only 2 rows of sites are open but we had no problem getting a site. The facilities are in excellent shape and the bath/shower facilities are clean and functional. The staff was friendly and accommodating including a last minute change of our original arrival date.
The park is closely placed pads with trees between. I could see it being quite tight and cramped when busy but it's fine in the off season. Downtown is within walking distance. Park wifi is serviceable.

I knew it was a downtown location, but had no idea how extremely noisy and ultra crowded it would be. When we arrived, we were told where our spot was, but had to figure out how to park our truck so it wouldn’t be sticking out in the road. There were also thousands of caterpillars that got all over everything, including us trying to sit outside. We were packed in like sardines with no privacy whatsoever. And worse of all, it was VERY expensive for a campground with no amenities!

Very very small campground with extremely tight sites. And people will have to move their vehicles so you can get into your site and out of it. Grounds are clean. Bathrooms are clean. People are nice but it's too small. Better options everywhere in Moab. Plus there wifi is useless and Verizon isn't much better in this area.

Stayed here 5 nights in May 2023. The location is very walkable to stores, restaurants and downtown shops. Lots of nearby places to rent bikes and other outdoor toys. 10ish minutes drive to Arches NP. Pet friendly with a dog park. The restrooms are fine but get pretty crowded during morning and evening probably due to the large area for tent campers and cabins that don’t have bathrooms. There are also several RV sites that don’t have sewer hookups so folks with small RV holding tanks (like us) also need to rely on the bath houses. There are 3 shower stalls, 3 toilets, and one handicapped bathroom that has both toilet and shower. There’s an additional bathroom and laundry area near the general store (attached to a Texaco gas station) that is for use by people not staying at the RV park for a fee. The people at the RV park can use this amenity included with their fee. We stayed in space 83 near the back of the park and found it to be very quiet at night. Be aware that there are lots of folks with very loud 4x4 vehicles that like to let them warm up for a long time in the morning 🫤. The General Store has most everything you might need during your stay.
