We have a phone booster and even tho it read 2 bars we didn’t have any issues while working. We have a 36’ Rv and had no problems parking. Sites are mostly level . It was quiet and felt like a safe atmosphere. We would come again.

We camped at the back of the lot which had a few big trees and a nice grassy lot for lounging and dogs. Donations are suggested / encouraged.

Stayed late April and I wasnt the only camper, average of 3 other campers per night. Sites are very close together but other campers were respectful and spaced out. They have a playground, doggy waste stations and extra picnic tables by the playground. This campground is right off the main road so you will hear the vehicles drive by but barely heard it at night in my van. A train does come through so you will hear it honk. WiFi worked exceptionally well so I could work efficiently (granted only a couple of us were using it). Lots of daytime traffic since it’s next to baseball fields and a little park but felt safe the entire time. You can stay up to 4 nights. There is a donation box at the front if you have some cash! Definitely would stay here again, imagine it gets very booked during the summer as it’s next to a pool. I had 2-3 bars of LTE via AT&T

Beautiful park with lots to do for the kids like a nice playground, new looking tennis courts, and a city pool with water slides all in the same area as the Free camping.

Free dump station, dumpster, and bathroom by the playground. All was very clean and well kept. You can stay up to 4 nights. Arrive about 7:45pm on a Friday night in late March and there were plenty of spots- just 2-3 large RVs together at the end of the campground.

Easy 4 miles north of I-80. No interstate noise, just an occasional train.
Free 30 amp electricity.
Free WiFi. It was good enough to do most of my work video Teams meetings off of.
Free water, in non-freezing season. During our mid-March stay, it was still off. (Water is available at the nearby Love’s at the interstate....& propane.)
Free dump station.
15+ sites. All are back-in. A 30 ft travel trailer was snug. No fire rings.
During our stay, we were the only campers. Donations are welcomed; envelopes are provided. Instead of a donation, we stimulated the local economy with $1,600+ in purchases. What an excellent business model!

This place was a GEM to come upon! It was totally free but accommodated like it wasn’t! Electric, water, dump station, space, picnic tables and plenty of park for playing, walking, riding bikes. We had a quiet site in the back that “overlooked” the hillside and trees. Will stay here every time we pass through the area!

Sign says maximum of four nights. All back-in sites from what I can see. My truck/trailer combo is 39 feet and I stick out into the main area a fair bit when I'm not unhooked. There's still plenty of space to transit; it just looks a little weird. Electrical pedestals are in great shape. Free city WiFi on the SSID "Aurora Free Wifi". Trees, shady, picnic tables. Downsides: Hwy 34 has a fair bit of noisy tractor trailer traffic, and a nearby train track is noticeable. Nothing earplugs can't solve! Leave a little donation to say thanks.
