Located on the beautiful Trinity River and surrounded by the Trinity Wilderness Area, Strawhouse Resorts is a truly stunning place for your next getaway or special event.

Strawhouse Resorts is perfect for adventurous weekends to week-long, relaxing vacations. We offer weddings, family reunions, anniversary parties, church/group retreats, and business meeting services with all the amenities, including lodging and fabulous meals for your group’s convenience.

Guests are delighted when they walk through our doors with our welcoming staff and awesome local artwork displayed throughout our café. Enjoy a cup of our on-site organically roasted specialty coffees while taking in the beautiful Trinity River from our spacious patio area – a nice respite from the Highway 299 drive. Delight in our delicious breakfast and lunch options, dinners (by reservation for lodging guests), wood-fired pizzas, and information on all the area’s recreational activities. Come as strangers, leave as friends!

Plan a getaway in one of our inviting cottages (either overlooking the beautiful Trinity River or our park), our park-side 30′ yurt, or our more secluded Creekside Cottage or Suncrest House (both pet-friendly). It’s a great way to unwind!
