Easy to locate just a few blocks north of a scenic wetland in the heart of Strathmore.
Once arrived we were a bit confused as to where the office is but eventually saw a big signage of office on the side of the red building.
Check-in was easy, Ben greeted us and was very nice and welcoming. Told him it was our first time RVing and he told us to call him during our stay anytime if we needed anything.
The location of this campsite is very convenient and as it is after the peak season it was nice and quiet. Rodeo was happening adjacent to the campground so we saw many cowboys and cowgirls competing in the area.
We opted for power, water, and sewer. All were in decent condition. $5 less for no sewer but comes with use of dumping station at the front entrance (which would otherwise be $10 if not staying overnight). Didn’t see anyone using the dump station at all (Learned from Ben later that most people actually live on site year round).
