Awesome place to dry camp! The sites are very spread out and relatively level. No noise overnight, a few vehicles and ATVs during day/evening. Surprisingly found some Verizon signal.

We took fork to the right on FR 062 And found several long flat campsites. There was a fire recently so if you go too far it’s a bit burned out but the view is still great. A few Atvs using toad on the weekend. Otherwise, it was quiet. At 10,000 feet, it was cold at night! There were amazing stars.

Stayed here for just one night as we were on a long drive, was easy to find, close to highway 89. Very secluded spots and peaceful. Highly recommend!

There were a number of pull offs off a dirt road from 14, but only a couple other rigs there. We sat out at night, right in the edge of this amazingly beautiful meadow, at 9300’. A perfect cool evening spot on our way to Bryce Canyon. The little mountain towns nearby had coffee, baked goods, and socially distant indoor dining even. This was dry camping, safe, private, and with an amazing dark sky.

Lovely spot, recommended.

There was one spot that was somewhat iffy due to a giant rut, but I got by it and found a beautiful spot in the trees., about a quarter mile from the main road. Dixie has a ton of trails to take your Toad on. Also kayaked on Navajo Lake about 20 minutes away, which was wonderful. Campsite is at about 8000 feet, so not too hot in August. There is dispersed camping up about 20 different roads off the main road. Guaranteed to find a spot that you will like.

Not far off paved road between Zion and Bryce.
I actually chose to drive a little further into the woods and the road was horrible but I wanted to be off the highway. There is a service station at the corner of 89 and 14 which is nice. I think it’s a good stop between Diane and Bryce.
