This park has the potential to be really nice. The positives were the very friendly and helpful staff and the clean, new laundry room. The pond and green space is very nice. Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives. The sites are very narrow, there is little to no space between sites. The wifi did not reach our site. The site across from us was filled with dog poop and junk. The camper next to us had ugly air conditioners hanging off the side even though the rules state no junk in the site and no window air conditioners. If the rules aren't enforced, the RV park will get junkier and junkier. There is a very good BBQ joint adjacent, just be prepared to wait a long time for the food.

Friendly front desk on the phone. Sites gravel, wide enough for slides on both sides but little else, 50 amp service, water and sewer. Nice pool and pond with a walking path around it. Close to freeway so some road noise. Good overnight spot. Paid $45 with GS discount.

Nice spot! Large paved walking path around a fishing pond. Fenced dog park area. Nice play area for kids with a volleyball court. Small pool. Several picnic areas with cover and lighting. Two shower and laundry facilities that were immaculate laundry was also very reasonably priced ($1.50 wash $1 dry). BBQ joint next door was packed most nights so I assume it is good.
Sites are gravel and wide. Probably won't need leveling side to side. It appears most sites are long term residents, including a few tiny homes. All are pull through and full HU, so great for an overnight stop.

We stopped here in mid March on our way home. I had made a reservation earlier in the day but there was a mixup when we arrived and our paperwork wasn’t outside. The owner saw us come in and came over in short order to help us out. I told him our site # - but as they had just received massive amounts of rain it was a little soggy - he put us in an upgraded site by the office. The site was long, level and easy to get into after a very long travel day. They have just opened a restaurant on the property which looks very nice.
