Host/Owner was not hospitable. She was Very concerned about anything getting on her grass. We could not Park our tow car in front of the motorhome because it would be on the grass! Cannot even place a small door mat down for a night. She made us feel very unwelcome. Maybe she needs to get rid of some grass and gravel the RV spots. Ya' think?? I'm surprised she even lets RVs park here at all.
We had originally considered staying here two nights. But not with this kind of attitude and the price!! Very high cost for preseason = $73 total. Really not worth it, as there are much friendlier places to go and With Amenities.
There was only one other RV that stayed here last night. For some reason she was nicer to them and they got to park their truck next to their RV, on the grass!
Yeah, we won't be back even though the lake view is pretty

3 TRAINS/HR ALL NIGHT LONG
&61.70 (4% more is credit) gets you a random spot on grass water/elec. only, not a defined spot.
Extra $10 for sewer
Extra $3 /day for wi-fi
Lake looks like pea soup,,, algae.
Did I mention 3 trains/hr ALL night?
Should have stopped a Cabelas, this is way over priced.

Would have been great with no wind or goose poop (not the fault of the campsite obviously). Bugs were not too annoying, just a ton of them. Trains were present but not too noticeable due to the sound of the wind and a/c unit.
Would definitely come back for an overnight, but not to stay and relax.

We’d definitely stop in again if it worked with our plans.

The owner is an older German lady, pretty cool, she’s been here awhile and runs a relaxed but tight ship. We’re sitting in shade after along drive enjoying a breeze, nice grassy site, and a lake view. Couldn’t ask for more on an overnighter. If you fish they’re catching some good sized trout off the bank..

The trains didn't bother us as much as the wind....and the binoculars in the owner's window facing our site.

Nice well maintained commercial campground. Lady that runs it is very nice and helpful. A short distance from I90, can still hear the highway in the distance. BUT - there is a VERY active train track by I90. We had to hear at least 40 trains over night.

This is a small one-woman-owned-and-operated park with grass sites on the Sprague Lake. Even with unlevel sites and weak water pressure and with nothing but the lake in the area, I give this little place four stars for charm and friendly owner. Fishing is great off the little dock. There are four fishing boats to rent or bring your own and use the boat launch in the park. Small restroom building and some fishing supplies in the office. Owner lives in house on site, ring door bell if you need something. There were ducks, geese, quail, and pelicans during our stay. The Columbia Plateau Trail State Park is accessible from Highway 23 nearby. The town of Sprague is on its last leg with only the Chevron, burger place and small grocery still open. The other RV park - Four Seasons - is a dirt and gravel choice right on I-90 on the other side of the lake. There are trains several times a day and night, but we loved that. If you are interested in geology the rock formations throughout the range land are amazing.

We had to wash our rig immediately and more today to try to rid ourselves of these bugs. Flying little worm things. The worst stay EVER.
