Overall Rating
On a two week roadtrip around Texas. This was a great surprise at how well this small lake campground are maintained. JB Thomas Lake in Ira was very welcoming. Being in February not many campers but lots of fisherman out n about on the lake. No electricity but clean restrooms, grill, covered picnic tables and awesome views in each site. For 5 dollars do not pass it up!!!

Overall Rating
Easy to get to. Level spots. Clean. Bathrooms available and clean. All spots have picnic tables with overhang. You can also park by the water. I really liked it. $5 to stay overnight. Plenty of spots to camp.
