Overall Rating

Having warm fall temps help, empty campground except for 2-3 spread out neighbors, plenty of space for our 26’ trailer in Site 52, and fall colors pre peak.
Here for a couple of nights of dry camping. The Northern Campground was closed for renovation and we found the Southern to be just fine.
The Eagle Peak Trail begins from the campground and we drove to other trailheads to do most of the short scenic hikes. Tomorrow morning we’ll depart to the top parking lot for biking on the Ganda Dancer Trail before traveling south to Willow River. Hear there’s a nice trail in Stillwater.
Can’t report on baths or water since we were self contained, but seemed average from appearance.

Overall Rating

Unfortunately many of the sites are very small and low land with standing water for in them when it rains. Don’t expect to bring a larger travel trailer or 5th wheel in. We ended up leaving without a refund because we couldn’t fit into our site.
