We were in town for a wedding. The campground was generally quiet. There wasn’t a show or a home football game that weekend but still filled up. Sites are super long with concrete pad and close to level. Picnic tables are v nice. Lawns at most sites are damaged from camp rugs.
We found check in a little confusing— the office closed at check-in time so you’re supposed to drive to the waterpark hotel to check in; however, they have a new electronic check in so we thought that was sufficient. Our mistake. I stopped in the next day to be sure and they were v nice about it and corrected our bill for us. When they finish transitioning their payments to the same system, it will be cool to do it all from your smartphone.
Seems like a lot of full-timers and stationary folk. Whole place is impeccably clean including the bath house. The only complaint is the shower house water pressure is crazy high and the shower heads are not adjustable so it blasted me in the face, was difficult to shampoo and soap up, and flooded the whole room.
I don’t remember our cell coverage but we have ATT and had no problems.

Overall Rating
We were able to pull up next to a grassy area, which was great for walking our dog. There was no litter, the grounds were very well kept. A shuttle comes through frequently so you can get a ride to the casino and then back to the rv parking area. The parking lot is well lit and we saw a security vehicle drive past frequently. We felt safe and had a good night's sleep before moving on.
