This would be a great place to stop for the night but I would not consider it a destination. For one thing, Sisters is a cool town with lots of interesting shops and restaurants but it is quite expensive. Second was the road noise at the campground. Highway 20 is the main drag and very busy with cars and semi trailer traffic. Our spot #47 was on the highway side of the park and less than 50 yards from the highway. Things got quiet at night but this is not the kind of camping we like to do.
I had a nice dinner at Rancho Viejo in town. ($60 for 2)

The park is clean and the bathrooms are new. The camp hosts are City employees and do a great job. There’s an interesting mix walk-in/bike campsites along with car campers and RV sites with full and partial hookups.
We loved being able to walk to town for coffee, fresh bread and dinner. We were here mid summer and nearby entertainment activities were endless. There is some road noise as the passing trucks can be noisy.

The campground is in a beautiful set of mature pine trees. Walking distance to town and walking distance to Three Creeks Brewery for food and beer.
As usual, my reviews are biased to the needs of a 45' coach. The campground was wonderfully maintained by 2 sets of workcampers who rotate every week. I didn't need to bathrooms, laundry or anything else, but they looked clean from the outside.
There is one bookable spot that is both 50A and has room for a 45' coach. There is a 2nd one, but its ADA and can only be used after 7 pm if its free and one night only.
With a little care its easy enough to get around the roads and into spots. Just use the available space, keep your eyes open and most of all have an able assistant with a radio to make sure you don't miss seeing an obsticle. I watched people moving in an out every day with vague hand signals; yet a pair of radios only coast about $40 on Amazon.
It is near the main road and this site is almost as close as you can get, so when on conference calls during the day we tended to have the door closed, but its not that bad and totally worth it for the easy access to town. We did sit outside some days.
Verizon had a great signal, but didn't work very well (3 mbps). We used T-Moble (30-50 mbps) as our main data connections, followed by the campgrounds free WiFi as a backup (5 mbps).
Highly recommended.

Large trees offer good shade. Water pressure was good, and power was very consistent. The manager was very laid back, and quick to help. Our stay here was all very pleasant. We did not use the park's restrooms nor showers. When you stay here, make sure you go to The Sisters Meat Market. Wonderful sandwiches, and great people that own and work here. We will definitely stay at this campground again. We stayed here in our 29' Stealth toy hauler.

We enjoyed the hiking trails at Smith Rock State Park and Black Butte mountain. Mountain bike trails less than a mile from the campground with great views at Peterson Ridge of many mountain peaks. The town has many restaurants that should satisfy most appetites and is in walking distance. A local market that has everything you might need. Lots of deer wandering through the city and campground. The sites are close and there is some road noise but it wasn’t too bad. Fire pits could be cleaned out. We saw several with left over trash in them. There are pay showers but we did not use them. It is a busy campground so reservations are needed. We will be back one day as we love all of the activities in the area.

Let me first say that we will return to this campground in a heartbeat (and have already!). There are positives and negatives. Sisters is just a neat little town and everyone is welcoming. Don't miss the bakery! The campground hosts are wonderful. We had interactions with several different hosts, and they were all friendly and respectful. This park is the closest to downtown Sisters, and the closest to the Peterson Ridge mountain bike trails. It's also central to Bend and other visitor attractions. Oddly, it's pretty quiet considering it's sandwiched between a main road and surrounding neighborhoods. Although, it is quite common to see deer in the campground. There are sites of every size and service - from no hookups, electric only to full hookups. There is not a lot of room between most sites but it's reasonable. Grass is few and far between at the RV sites so expect to track in a lot of dust/dirt. There are only a few sites that will accommodate large rigs and that are satellite friendly. There are lots of trees! There is no cable or WII FI; however, Verizon has a strong signal for voice and data. In my opinion, it's the best campground in Sisters and Bend. It's a bit pricey for a full hookup but there are less expensive options. During certain times of the year, it is very busy so be sure to call and make reservations is needed.

I suppose they were intentionally put there for traffic control, but they are a significant hazard to RVers trying to maneuver in the campground. It would be very easy to scrape your RV on one of the rocks (I know from experience). Some sites had a grass sitting area, but most sites were rocks and dirt. Adjoining camp sites were too close for comfort. Only one men's and one women's shower for the entire campground.

This campground is almost perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. It's rustic, with gravel lots and grass/dirt sites and many pine trees. There are a wide variety of sites including 50 amp RV, 30 amp RV, van, and tent sites. The best part about the campground is that it's right in Sisters, and the entire town is within easy walking distance. We walked to restaurants and shopping several times. It's about 30 minutes to Bend, Black Butte, Smith Rock State Park, and various other attractions. There's a very large grass area where we took our dogs daily, and the campground is adjacent to the Sisters City Park with more grass and the Sisters State Park which is mostly dirt and pine trees. We never ran out of places to walk the dogs. There was very little highway noise from our site at the west end of the campground, but sites closer to the highway might get traffic noise including many trucks. The camp hosts were friendly, and many people had campfires nightly. It was very busy on the weekend, much less during the week. The only drawback is the size of some of the sites. Our site (#6, 30 amp) was quite nice with plenty of camping space as well as grass and trees behind us, but many other sites were much smaller (but still acceptable), so your enjoyment might depend on getting a good site (or having no neighbor). There's no WiFi but our AT&T and Verizon had strong signals.
