When we came in early June there were 20+ campers and people fishing so we didn’t stay.

Unfortunately loose dogs from other campers running running and leaving presents for us at our site had us leave for another place. Sad since it's such a beautiful spot.

Quiet and beautiful spot. Watched an otter playing right next to our camper. Some highway noise but it's in the distance. The sounds of the birds are magical.

For 40+ RVs but only 6 here on a Friday night before the 4th of July weekend.
Just a BIT of agricultural noise (Hay Equipment / forager / baler) but the distance sound of cows is nice.

A few right along the river. We saw an otter and many big fish jumping. Our dog loved swimming in the River too. We left in the morning, but would have stayed longer. No stores around though. The bathroom was disgusting so we didn’t use it. This would be a great fishing spot!!

Silver Creek East is a dispersed camping area right along the shore of Silver Creek, one of the most famous fly-fishing destinations in the US. Access is along a short, maintained dirt road that has some bumps, but any right should be able to handle it by going slow. The camping is essentially in a large, grassy parking lot. There are a few user-created fire rings, a pit latrine, and not much else by way of amenities.
But it's not amenities that you'd come here for. Silver Creek has great birding, excellent fly-fishing, and some trails to explore. There are several gravel bike riding routes accessible from this spot, too. While camped in April, I saw many birds, a few muskrat, two moose, and deer.
You get some road noise from Highway 20 in the distance, and this camping area is surrounded by agricultural land, so it's not unusual for a tractor to be working a nearby field or for a spray plane to be flying in the distance. There's also a small airstrip nearby, with a little bit of (small aircraft) traffic.
Silver Creek can be windy during the day, but it calms down at night. There is a stray bar of Verizon and AT&T that floats through; a booster may make it usable.
Lastly, this camping area is *extremely* popular from Memorial Day through mid-summer, when the fishing is prime and the weather not too hot. Especially on opening weekend (Memorial Day), avoid coming here unless you're planning on fly-fishing, are into the "scene," and want to stake out a spot at least a week in advance. If you don't fish, I'd avoid coming in fishing season altogether — check it out in April or May when it's quiet, the birds are plentiful, and you'll likely have the place to yourself.

Silver Creek is world-renowned as a truly classic American fly fishing stream. The deep, fast flowing water passes with barely a riffle, affording wary trout every opportunity to make that you're trying to get one over on them and resist the urge to rise. It takes an exceptionally skilled fisher-person to have a good day fishing on Silver Creek, and you get to drop anchor for the night right next to it completely free of charge!
There's a vault toilet in good repair. Lots of campsites, even sized for larger towed rigs. Unsheltered for the most part and at the foot of a mountain range so it's prone to windy conditions (another confounder for fisher-folk). I had no fire ring at my site but there may have been some at other sites.
The road in was rutted where dopes had horsed through it in muddy weather. Once at the campground the tread underfoot is steady and flat.
I saw one guy who was clearly living out of his trailer at the park. He had settled himself in a spot any tourist would've been disappointed with --leaving the riverside sites for visitors & sportsmen-- so it was clear he was just trying to get by, not get over.
