"Wild Horses Everyday!"

We stayed here the end of Sept and were able to get a first come site. The $7 price is with a senior pass, $14 full price. Loved the friendly, knowledgeable staff at the visitor center, but our favorites were the wildlife and scenic views of North Dakota Bad Lands! We made a visit of our stay here. https://youtu.be/zFZOfZV8W9s

"Nice!"

The area has six designated camp sites with a picnic table and fire ring at each. There are clean, pit toilets. There are places to hike nearby, within walking distance and views of the lake or what little of the lake is left. It’s $14 or $7 with America the beautiful pass. 2 bars on Verizon 5g

This easy stop in Eads was perfect for an overnight stay on our trip. It is essentially a parking lot with basic amenities, including a restroom, a grassy area, and a picnic table. The location is adjacent to train tracks, but we didn’t hear any trains during our stay. There is a dirt parking lot nearby where semi-trucks park overnight. We did...

"Good Spot For The Night. "

Arrived after dark. Road in is gravel, a little dusty but to be expected. We stayed in the open gravel lot. Lots of space to maneuver. We have a 30ft tt. Did not have cell service with T-Mobile.
