What a great campground! We arrived after hours and the convenient online reservation system made getting settled easy. We had #133 lakeside but could have chosen any number of ideal spots. Sites were level, outlined with rail ties and featuring a hanging pole. If the hillside caused a site to be multi-level, sturdy stairways led to each area. The grounds leading up to the camping sites are beautifully maintained. The dump site was well designed and efficient. We are enjoying COE sites and this was another great one. We had electric only. There was water for filling buckets nearby and RV water available at the dump site. While we didn’t use the bath house it appeared clean and well maintained. We look forward to an our return visit.

Reserved on recreation.gov approx 60 days in advance for Wed-Fri quick stay...approx 12 sites were available at that time for those days in late July. Easy 3 Hour Trip from Long Pond Raceway area, Pocono's to Seven Points, Hesston, PA...Roads were all good I80W, to I99S, to PA453, to 22W to 26S to Seven Points Road. Altoona is just 45 minutes away. There is a large Wal-mart at the corner of Routes 22 & 26 for anything you may need (maybe 10-15 minutes from Campground). Seven Points Road leads you straight to the Check-in building...7 long spots to park...easy check-in (showed America the Beautiful Senior Pass...to receive 50% off $35/Nt site and Drivers License) given Map/Directions to Bay Camp Loop, Rules and Trash Bag. Road is one large loop back to check-in building, well marked with campsite loops. Very few if any low hanging tree branches...road is wide. You go past the Huntington County Visitors Bureau Building, Main Building, Marina, Restaurant, many play and walking areas before coming to Bay Campsites. Quiet area...about 15 sites in Bay. Has a Restroom...clean, flush toilets. Closest Showers are next loop down in Senoia and were clean with plenty of hot water at 6AM. Dumpster and Children's Play area also in Bay Loop. We reserved Handicap Accessible Site for Mom. It was very large, flat (we didn't even have to level as it was perfect), small pebble, 50amp, backed up to main road (down the hill) thought traffic noise would be an issue---but it absolutely was not. Had a larger, older picnic table & firepit. Lots of space between sites. Note we did drive thru Senoia Loop and sites did appear much closer together but some were right on the lake....great if you were tying up a boat but then anyone can tie up anywhere, except in the marina itself so, you are not guaranteed to be able to tie up at your campsite. Campground Loops to the Lake could be walked too but there is plenty of parking at lake and a short 3-5 minute drive from just about anywhere in the campground. Our site easily could have also accommodated a large tent. Mom had no problem traversing just using her cane/walker. Easily could use a wheelchair on it. No low hanging branches. AT&T 5G Service had 2-3 Bars. Walking path around Seven Points is made of rubber so pushing a wheelchair could be done but alot is hilly so could be challenging for wheelchair accessibility. Dump station has 4 lanes & can be easily accessed on either way in or out....very clean area. Drinking water is also available in that area as well as dumpster and recycling. Overall Great Experience! Have no reservations about returning again!

We only stayed for a weekend in a 40ft class A; but loved all there was to do. Beach area; visitor center; marina just to name a few. COE camping at it’s finest.

Get a lake front site if possible. Only downside is that people with non-lake front sites use your lake front to dock their boats, jet skis and kayaks and then walk through your site.
3 bars of good AT&T cell service, no HDTV channels. Bathrooms and showers were nice.

First off, my site was one of the least desirable ones in that it was surrounded by neighbors with little privacy. That said, I made reservations at the last minute and this is a popular destination due to it's pricing (seniors get a discount) and available activities. There are quite a few sites right on the lake. I was in the Points campground. There are several other campgrounds but they are not on the water. If you like privacy the Valley campground might be a better choice. I was surprised to find there was no camp host. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were good. Cell reception on Verizon was great. This is a great place for boaters. There are hiking trails which also work for mountain bikers. there is also a really nice rubberized walking path. There's a visitor's center but what with covid and all that I stayed away. They also have a special play area just for mountain bikers. It was nice & quiet at night. My site was fairly level. The guy at the booth where you check in was not the friendliest - but competent. One unpleasant thing was I got a bunch of stink bugs in my camper during my stay - and I hate those bugs!

The first couple of nights we stayed in Meadows on site 074, then went to Senoia, site 213 (very nice site!) and finally site (182). Site 213 was our favorite. Of course all the sites on the water are really nice. Site 182 is on a very steep incline and can be challenging to get into for heavier rigs. The only bad thing I can say about this park is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The bathroom in Senoia was never cleaned. When we asked the ranger about it, they said they were short staffed and just refilled the toilet paper in the off season.

Time your showers well. Roughly 30-40 sites in this loop and none with water. It’ll get busy! Very few rangers or employees to be seen and the sheep will run wild if you don’t rein them in. Very few campers paid attention to quiet hours. The campground website is a disaster. No actually detailed info, the reservation system is basic. We searched for a site with a 30 amp hookup only for the website to say there were none available for our dates. So we searched for 50 amp and reserved that. Our 50 amp site had all the available hookups (50/30/20)

Nice family atmosphere with no loud parties. There is a rubber trail that goes around the entire campground and past the marina that makes for a nice walk. Seven Points Marina is locates in the campground for boat access. Trough Creek State Park is about a half hour away and has some really nice hiking trails. We’re looking forward to staying here again!

As others have said this COE park is amazing. The sites are very spacious, most have an additional pad site for tents and the fire pit. Our site had great lake views, it was three spots down from a nice swimming area. Electric only, 30 amp but all the other amenities offered by the park make it a must see.

Section I am in is no where near the water, no showers, sights on top of each other and if there is a quiet time you wouldn’t know it here. The rude neighbors are the biggest problem and they will move on. It is site 108. You want to avoid this area.
