Has cement pads and streets. On a small lake, can fish.
Railroad track nearby, not real busy.
Mc Donalds and Tony's restaurant within one block.
American Legion post next door, has a dance on the first Saturday night of the month.

Walmart and shopping center within 2 miles.
No discounts on price.
