Easy to check in and find out campsite. Everything was super clean. Super short walk to the beach and we were even able to drive along the beach to go to Ocean Shores

We enjoyed our stay at Screamin' Eagle. We were in site 6, one of 13 RV sites with partial hookups. We had 30 amp and water. There were trees and plants on the east end of our site, and we had a "back yard"; an area in the trees behind us with another picnic table and fire ring. The beach is a short walk down the road. It is a wide beach that you can drive on to the left; or if you are on foot, you can go to the right where cars are not allowed. We had 1 bar on T-Mobile, sometimes 2; but it wasn't usable for calls. They do have internet, which was spotty at best, and not fast enough for internet calling. Other than being incommunicado, the only bummer was the dump station was out of service, so we had to go to a rest stop on the way home.

This campground has a little bit for everyone, open sunny spots, partially shady and full shade sites. Full hookups, electric and water, and dry camping. There is a corral for horses. The bathrooms and showers are a little dated but clean.Beach access is a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute car ride and you can drive your vehicle on the beach. You could hear the beach from our site, #35, but you can't see it. The wifi was adequate. The owner and his family are very accommodating and keep the grounds trash free and mowed. They have a small store that sells ice, firewood and sundries. If you need anything else there is an IGA and Ace Hardware 10 mins. away in Ocean Shores, along with many restaurants. We took day trips to Astoria, Aberdeen, Mt. St. Helens, and the Olympic Rain Forest. Bring your dog and horse as they're pet friendly.

We have stayed here several times including twice this spring for beach access and clam digging. Nice, clean campground with any facilities you might need. Only 3 miles back into Ocean Shores for all other services. Manager is friendly and attentive to all your needs.
