Yes. I was there in 2020. At that time some of the road was ruddy but we carefully navigated the ruts. I loved it there.

We were there in may 17, 2023 and the road is very good unless its raining or has been raining hard. there is a nice open area at the top of the hill when you turn right to head back to the boondocking area. it is up a steepish hill so if wet could be a bit of a problem.

Don’t remember any cause for concern. We had a non 4wd VW CamperVan and had no problems. Just take it slow and put on the high beams, we took the first left and the spot was open and wide so we took it.

When I was there in 2021 I thought the road was one of the very best roads to access boondocking with. My RV, a 24 ft towed a CRV no issue. I would stop at main area to camp if arriving at night. People tend to camp about 150 yards apart, you can see them. If i arrived at night that's where I would stop. the road continues a short distance with a limited amount of isolated sites with fantastic views, after maybe 1/2 mile comes to a locked gate. very difficult to turn around in a CRV, I did it in mine but it was daylight and I took my time

In autumn 2022, the road was good. It’s near the interstate off of a wide gravel road. Pretty easy to navigate to the spot and find somewhere to camp here as well at night.
