Yes dump station is open. No water service.

The CPW website still lists it as open, along with electric hookups. However, a current fishing or hunting license or SWA pass is required for each person age 16 and older to use San Luis Lakes for any purpose, including camping.

It’s been several years since we were there, but the dump was open.
