This park was a nice shady park with full hook-ups. Our site #137 was pretty level and easy to get into, but the site had no grass, and the spots were extremely close together, but other sites appeared not to be as close. Thankfully it was not busy, so we didn’t have anyone parked right next to us. We paid $14 per night with the senior park pass.

You have choices of what your view can be and we had a beautiful lake view with shade and a site providing privacy. It was so peaceful during the week. The weekends get busy and packed so expect lots of traffic but people are respectful and it was a nice stay. No cell coverage at all. Walking the park entirely is about 2 miles. It’s a fishing and paddle boat heaven. Our site was on a slope to come in but level once you are fully backed in.

After leveling the rig, all was good! Bath houses were cleaned many times each day and were a bit outdated but was clean and water was hot. Staff was outstanding! No cell service at site. Was able to get service at the boat ramp and beach area for texts and calls only. No media messages.

Park is nice but needs maintenance.
Gravel is too small. Tracks inside tents and RV.
Too much loud outside music.
Saw one site with drunks and loud music.
Some trash not being picked up and in fire pits.

Bath houses are dated and the only place on the whole campground where any cell service can be had is on the beach side of the park. For some that is a negative. For me, I love it that way. Only 4 channels available on OTA. All 4 are public television, with one kids channel.
