We were looking for a spot with full hookup to do some repairs and some paperwork. We called and left messages twice and did get called back eventually. Got weekly rate and cash price. Big area. Large roomy spots. Most had working power. Most had working water.Since we were the only customers other than the 5 or 6 seasonal or full time, we were offered any spot we liked ("just make sure the water works".) It is a big flat dirt, gravel and weed property in the middle of similar others so the wind really blows through. The owner keeps rescue dogs and some of them bark incessantly. One in particular can be threatening due to her having three pups. The road can be noisy too. No bathroom. 2 working washers, one working dryer. Laundry was dirty. No complaints about the wifi just don't go too far from the entrance end if you want good speed.
For me this is all fine. We are boondockers so the full hookup is great in a primitive sort of situation. I'd pick a spot away from the owners house because of the barking.
Ralphyboy would stay here again

No clear direction on how the spaces are layed out, very confusing if you come in after dark. Couldn’t get some of the sewer caps off they appeared to be cemented close, some had no caps at all, we had to walk around with a flashlight to find a spot. Just a very sketchy looking place. We should’ve just stayed at a rest stop or the Walmart parking lot but we needed to dump. Our regular place we stay at in Ft. Stockton couldn’t accommodate us and suggested Sagebrush, no one should be recommending this place. It is not handy at all if you’re looking to stay close to I-10. I would not give it any stars but I couldn’t submit this review if I didn’t check any of the stars. Don’t believe any of the other reviews...DO NOT STAY HERE, just awful.

They are a couple of miles outside of town (though easy to get to from 10) and have a HUGE number of sites so you should almost never have to worry about them being full. Plus for $25 a night (which seems typical for this area) it is worth it. We had an easy time pulling in and picking whatever spot we wanted.
It can be really windy here and the park is more like a giant dirt parking lot with little room between sites, but for an overnight, we couldn't ask for anything more. Plus the cell signal was decent and we had no trouble staying hitched up in a long pull thru for the night (I think most of the sites were pull thrus).
A Streamin Life would stay here again
