“Newer Camp - Spacious Lots - Minimal Utilities”

Overall Rating

Lot 100 is in the "Mountain View" section, downhill from the road.

The road is lightly traveled and the noise is minimal.

Electric only.

This "Mountain View" sections water spigot is adjacent to lots 99 & 100, so other campers may be your neighbor for a few minutes while they top off their freshwater tanks.

There is a nearby bathroom and shower building that is still being completed, but is usable now by locking the entire room off to yourself. There appears to be an office/store being completed next to these facilities.

I do not know if there are plans to have per lot sewer or water in the future.

This is not a pull-thru site, but I was able to turn my 31' motorhome around at the site and back it in.

Although I could not receive a 4G Verizon signal anywhere with my iPhone, my Winegard hotspot on the roof of my rig surprisingly got a 54% Verizon signal strength and we were able to use WiFi to our hotspot to post to Facebook, check email, etc. We did not try to stream any video content or do remote office type work.
