Once your car is parked on the side, there is 1 ft to the next site and 10 feet behind the car for outdoor sitting and that puts you by your neighbors septic hose. No pads or patio just grass and dirt. Bathhouse old and boarded up by the extremely small pool. A Tenter mentioned he used the pool for bathing as the other was too far away. (A lot of tents) Did not see a bathroom near the pool.?????. Could be one just didn’t see it. Chose not to use the pool because of that. So bottom line, no camping experience just a parking experience. Not worth $66
On a plus side it was 3 miles to Wells Beach and 5 miles to Kennebunk beach. I would recommend looking a little further south or north.

Spending two nights. Overall a crowed but clean and well cares for campground. Clean bathrooms and plenty of showers. Parked my van in a tent site with electric. Perfect for my traveling needs.
MPKOZ would stay here again

This was a decent campground with 50A FHUs. We had reserved a different end sight months in advance but were moved to a sight that was too tight between 2 others. We were given half a nights stay refund. The roads in the campground are narrow. The campfire ring was in a lousy location and we felt a little guilty of the smoke and the neighbors.
Staying here over Labor Day weekend it was busy and lots of children running around which we don't mind really. There is a small pool. We did not use it. Nor did we use any of the facilities there. This place is right on HWY1.
The location was good but the sign is easy to miss, which we did, as the trees are blocking it and the road just pass it is not the best to get our rig turned around as it is a fairly busy 2 lane road going to Kennebunk.
The folks running the campground were extremely nice and very helpful with information about the area.

Nice little spot. Paved, but hard to get into with a 30 foot travel trailer when big A-Class’ers are across from you. Ask first! Good spot. Basic place, but your near the beach!!
