Overall Rating
We were looking for an overnight in this area of Nova Scotia. Most campgrounds seem to be unrated so we chose River Ryan blindly. We were very happy with our choice. The campground wasn’t very crowded, so the views were expansive. The only downside was the smell of the water (which was sulphuric due to coal deposits) and I wish the laundry facilities were cleaner (but they worked perfectly fine). The owner, Dave, was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
