We stayed at one of the "premium" sites along the river and it was well worth the price. The sites are right along the river's edge and the sound of the water flowing over the rocks was very peaceful. We enjoyed walking on the rocks and along the river's edge. The path that separates section A and B makes for a great walking path along the river, including benches to stop at and take it all in.
The A sites are in view of the highway, but the B sites are significantly farther back in the woods and you feel totally secluded. The sites along the river are a little close to each other, but not on top of each other. The entire campground was very clean and well kept.
The campground is only a couple of miles from Tallulah Falls, and about 9 miles from Historic Clayton which has some great shops and restaurants.
We would definitely recommend this campground.

“DO NOT DRINK THE WATER! ”
Reviewed 6/22/2023
Do not drink the water here! We have a new camper, new hoses, new great filter, and a shower head with replacement filters which was brown after the first shower! I had someone tell me not to drink the water and now I know why. Neighbor was not to keen on children being next door either.

Some of the roads are a little narrow but I was still able to easily navigate. The park was clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly.
Amenities include: swings, volleyball, horseshoes, playground, pool, arcade, fishing, river.
Stayed in pull-thru campsite #A28 which was somewhat shady but very level, especially front to back. It was a gravel site with grass on either side. There was plenty of parking for my 34 ft TT and truck. Neighbors are very close. The site included: picnic table on concrete. Utilities: 20/30/50A electric on side. Water on side, good pressure. Sewer on side with 4 screw-on fitting.
AT&T had 2 bars of LTE and Verizon 2 bars of LTE service. AT&T Speedtest: 12 Mbps down, 2 Mbps up. Verizon Speedtest: 12.5 Mbps down, 2 Mbps up. No WiFi.
Would stay here again, but recommend section B along the river.

All I can start by saying is WoW! We stayed in site A4 and it was breathtaking! We actually extended our stay an extra day and would have stayed an additional week if it had been available. This was our first time staying at River Falls. We loved it so much that we have already booked another stay next month. Our site was next to the host and our front yard was the beautiful river. We got lulled to sleep every nite by the calming sound of the rushing water. Not too much impresses the wife and me but we genuinely love this place. It's very clean and peaceful and the management and staff were very inviting and accommodating as well. We have River Falls added to our favorites list...

We started out our month long camping trip here with 4 nights in late June.
Check-in was simple.
We stayed in sight A32 which was a little tight in spots and was very un-level. Water pressure was good, no issues with electrify or sewer, although, we were almost stretched to the max with about 30 feet of sewer hoses. Sights in our section were very close together.
Th pool was great and the kids and adults both enjoyed the arcade. But both close at dusk (around 9pm), and that was kind of disappointing as it would be great to have open until about 10-11pm.
The bathhouses were adequate. Pretty clean and water pressure was really good.
The river was a lot of fun! The last day we were there, they opened the damn upstream and then the river was even more fun.
I would stay here again, but probably in a different section or site, as it was tough getting out on our departure day. I gave it 3 stars but would be closer to 3 1/2 stars.

Check in easy. There was a lot of rain before we arrived so the site was quite muddy, but it wasn't so much that it took away from our experience. Just ensure you have a decent sized rug. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back during the summer to enjoy river tubing on site.

All sites are just feet from the river.
Sites get a bit muddy when it rains, they could address this with gravel, etc. Besides this it is a great spot.
Went back later that year to stay in one of the treehouse rushing waters. That was amazing.
Looking forward to our next time back

Overall, the park offers enough amenities to stay but the individual lots may not bring you back. The campground is right next to Tallulah Gorge and runs along the massive flowing river. Various levels of hiking all around, breathtaking views, and unlimited fishing and bird watching. However, once you enjoy using the indoor heated pool or outdoor pool, clubhouse activities, kayak, canoe, or tub the river, or whatever fun adventures you partake in, inevitably you must return to your rv site. Unfortunately, the sites are crammed together (your picnic table is right next to your neighbors sewer/hookups) and your RV is parked in and around mud. A little grass and gravel would provide a significant facelift and improve quality of stay. Some sites are along the river and almost all the area is shaded. WiFi is offered but it’s hit or miss. It appears some live there full-time (just a few spots needed a little cleaning). The people who worked there were really nice and informative about the activities the campground host each day. After staying there and visiting the neighboring state park, I would opt for staying at the state park if I return to the area.
