Not sure if there is a mining operation nearby but this place is unbelievably loud all night long. Barely slept at all. I would never stay here again.

Beautiful forest site with about 4 spaces. The approach is on a dirt road with some large potholes. Very quiet with a nice river just behind the site. My 24' got in easily. Highly recommended if you are looking to get away from everything, including cell phone service.

We found this place on the site and decided to try it. There is some history here and the old block house is still standing. It is a bit tricky approaching from the west as we had to ford a tiny stream and one of our stabilizers bottomed out slightly. The campground is right on the Little Muskingum River and is quite scenic and extremely quiet. No cell service whatsoever. This says there are 11 sites here, but we only found 3. The trash cans are bear proof with warnings about leaving food out, but we didn't see any bears or signs of them. We would like to go back and stay again, but will approach from the east as it's easier. Also, the bridge could be tricky for a vehicle with a long wheel base. Ours is 160" and we just made it in and out with no problem.
BuckeyeCruisers would stay here again
