This KOA is a pleasant stay, Comfortable sites, clean and neat. My site was nicely shaded. The campground is adjacent to a residential neighborhood so it is quiet. The KOA staff were friendly and helpful. I had a good ATT signal. My only concern was dead branches in the tree above my site, that during a summer afternoon thunderstorm may come down on me. Other trees in the campground had dead branches over campsites. Regardless, I'd stay again, just in a site with no trees.

This is a great campground! Big trees for shade in the back half. It is in a neighborhood so it’s pretty quiet while close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The dog area was clean. The site was level and spacious for a KOA. Definitely we will stay here again.

Beautiful. Sites were clean, roomy and level. Staff was friendly and helped me book another stay in a couple months. They had movies and popcorn. Didn't use the amenities so can't comment on those.

What a lovely KOA. Really beautiful and very well maintained. Laundry is newer, $2 wash $2 dry. Due to a pending storm we needed to leave a day earlier than planned and the were great in adjusting our stay dates and refunding one night. Beautiful surroundings, staff were fantastic.

We stayed all summer last year. Enjoyed our stay and the people that operate the park. So we booked again this summer. We work remotely FT and RV FT. Last year internet was doable mostly. One TMobile tower was down for upgrade. This year the TMobile tower upgrade is complete. However the park changed to a new Wi-Fi which is plugged into at the electric tower and requires a router to use. If you don’t have one you can purchase one at Walmart for $250. SMH. We do have our own v-sim service that connects to any carrier that is in the area. It wouldn’t work. Upon talking to the carrier they checked the map for the park and when they installed new Wi-Fi they throttled other carriers down to 4% in the park. We had a router that would work and we plugged it up. First morning-NO internet. Can’t use our internet because the coverage has been throttled down to nothing. I can leave the park and get internet fine at the gas station parking lot down the road. Complained and was told that yes the Wi-Fi was on and off. Ot goes down quite a bit. That’s not acceptable when you kill the service I bring with me and force us to use yours - that you are aware doesn’t work.
Then the park has large shade trees. Nice for shade, however the high winds that Utah experiences makes the cottonwood trees live limbs to break in huge pieces and litters the park. They are constantly picking up limbs and putting them in the corner of the park. Well, we were under a humongous tree and we had a few little branches fall on our roof. Then a huge bang and a 8-9 ft section of the tree fell on our rig and made quite a big dent. Went to the office to advise what happened and were told that cottonwood trees do that. They break easily. Asked if we could be moved to another area until the winds dies down. We were told NO!
So unable to work due to unreliable Wi-Fi. Unable to use my own Wi-Fi which was being blocked down to 4%. And damage to our rig because they have huge trees that they ‘know’ easily break. And were not accommodating especially after staying with them last summer and returning again. I couldn’t let my rig or person be hit by a larger limb. This is my FT home. Very very disappointed. Left and went to another park in town for the summer. Lightening fast Wi-Fi and no large trees to damage my home or kill me if I step outside my rig and get hit in the head. Uploaded pics of limb and dent to my hood.

Overall: Paved patios and fairly decent sized living area. Fire rings in most/all of the sites. Happy with our stay and would stay again. Nice shade on many spots. Nice swimming pool to cool off. It is right next to a school sports complex, so there were a couple of occasions during our week that there was a game and the field speakers had the music up pretty loud for about 2 hours (pre-games I think). Not the end of the world, but worth noting as it impacted our work meetings quite a bit. Would give it a 5 if the close area had some natural beauty and if the school didn't impact our workdays the way it did. Unfortunately, it is all part of the experience and nothing the owners can do to improve that part.
Check-In: Great! Easy and quick. Very nice and welcoming.
Friendliness: Super nice folks! Hard working owners that were busting it all day.
Store: Great store with more than most stores, including outdoors items like a Solo Stove and camping chairs.
Site: Really level. Gravel. Nice grass for the living spaces and newly paved patios.Grass.
Hookups: Pull-through. Full hookups with 50 AMP. Worked as expected.
Location: 1-2 hours from Zion, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Escalante. Lots of restaurants, stores, and amenities within a few miles of the campground. Full market as well.
Laundry: Not new but not old. Worked well. Opened 24 hours.
Park's Wifi: Googling. Light work. Not able to Stream well.
Propane: Don't recall
Ice: Yes

(They also have a dog run on site) There was grass at our site and plenty of beautiful shade trees. Very clean campground, pool area and a fantastic little store for essentials and souvenirs. The campground is tucked away in a neighborhood so it is easy to walk to town as well and bike around the quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our one night here!

All sites are 50/30amp full H/U. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. We didn't use the large pool or showers but a quick peek into the showers revealed they were very clean and in excellent repair. Location is minutes away from Walmart, restaurants and gas. There are a lot of ATV's coming and going due to the miles of OHV trails in the area. The noise was minimal though and we experienced no issue with that.
