Overall Rating
Newer park, no shade, brand new hook-ups (20, 30, & 50 amp at each site}, gravel sites, pool, nice size dog park, bath house and laundry very clean, long sites with medium spacing between each other, super-high water pressure (must use a regulator). Mostly monthly customers working in the oil industry, but not your typical "long term" situation, the staff is very adamant about keeping sites clean and free of clutter. 15 minutes from Taylor, TX (Walmart, restaurants and shopping). 30 minutes from Georgetown, TX (Lots of restaurants and shopping, large outdoor mall area).
Stayed for a month, $425 + electric, comes out to $17.50 per night. Would definitely stay here again.
