Note: AppleMaps sent us down the wrong road. Do NOT go down Ford Rd. instead keep heading south on N. State Street and you’ll see the entrance on your left.
Showers and bathrooms were some of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced. Water was hot and the shower pressure excellent. We would absolutely recommend this place and return. It seemed like a great value.
Some reviews mention (complain about?) full-timers. Yeah, sure, there are a few long-term residents here but they don’t make the place look bad or tired. Most RV campgrounds these days have a several long-term residents. Go complain to your local politicians about lack of affordable housing if you don’t like seeing folks living in their RV’s.

The RV park was a little challenging for us to find, AppleMaps steered us in the wrong direction; do not turn down Ford Rd(!), instead keep going south on N. State Street and you’ll see the entrance on your left.
The bathrooms were VERY clean, showers were hot with excellent water pressure. Some reviewers mentioned long-term residents in the RV campground. Yeah, sure, but they were fine and didn’t make the place look undesirable.
We would definitely return to Redwood Empire Fairgrounds RV park again.

Ok place if you have Ukiah appointments, business, or events to attend. Plenty of long term RVs. Large restrooms with clean, adequate working showers.
Budwiser distribution center nearby makes lots of banging noises very early in the morning. Semi trucks with trailers, large sliding doors, BANG BANG shutting them.

About a third of the sites are closed for repair/maintenance reasons so best to make a reservation. Big rig friendly. The camp host provided good directions which made arrival easier than if I had just used a maps app. If it's been raining be prepared for a little mud; my heavy fifth wheel did not sink. Verizon reception was fine but I did not stream videos.

We stopped for one night and they gave us a pull through so we didn’t unhook. Close together sites with full hookups. Grounds well maintained but it rained hard and flooded a bit. Close to 101 with easy access and gas on the way.

Our site, D, was a Pull Through that was long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is very close. There is no foliage barriers between sites. It is slide to awning. There are no tables or fire pit. Our site was flat and even dirt with a sprinkling of gravel here and there.
The included wifi internet worked reasonable well with a log in password. We did find a few OTA channels but all came in fuzzy. Satellite should not be difficult because there are very few trees. We did not use the washrooms or pay showers and could not check them as they were closed die to COVID.
Within easy walking distance is a KFC and a Taco Bell. Other options are with in a quick drive. We found this park to be a well run, tight urban RV park. We paid $37.00 including a Good Sam discount per night and we feel we received fair value. This is okay for an overnighter. We would be back if in the area again.

You’ll have to ford through knee high grass in certain spots to get around your RV. Ukiah isn’t the most exciting place to visit. $30 would make more sense for a price here. Stay if your just passing through but you will get ants fast!

After being led here by the Elks RV campground host (we are not Elks), we entered the exit, but the hostess was very friendly and got us set for the night. The sites are tight, but not too tight. We did not use any of the off[site services (bathrooms closed due to COVID).
