Arrived around 7 pm and our reservation info was on the bulletin board ready to go. Easy access and a pull through site made it wonderful. Just a 1 night stand heading north so very appreciative of great service for us. Will stay again!! Thank you

Spent an overnight here on a Sunday. As others have noted, this park is home for most folks. We had a level gravel site and everything worked as it should. Spaces are close together and narrow. Would stay again as an overnight.

Cable TV is poor, Wi-Fi near useless . . . check your emails level of speed.
Park is Nice and clean & quiet.
Suspect all the full-timers have confused management - - - do believe they are working to improve the visitor traveler experience.

Since we have a motorhome, we have to drive it to the propane - we can't just take a tank there whenever the Willy nilly timing is for their propane person to be available. So when we left on Sunday, the office was CLOSED and no one was there for propane.
So, with the office schedule like this, it's clear this place is not for the weekend visitor.
Nothing here was beautiful. The spots were so close to each other that our driver's side slide was over our neighbor's patio area. In the evening, as I sat on my sofa watching TV, I could clearly hear my neighbor's discussion while they were using their patio. NO GOOD. This park is made for cheaper smaller trailers.
We came to visit Lassen Volcanic National Park. It's not right next to the park - we had a half hour drive.

Another plus for us is that they allow you to wash your rig at your site. The park has a seasonal swimming pool, laundry, clean restrooms, a fenced dog exercise area and a small meeting room in the office building. Sites are gravel but level with small grass strips in between each one. There are restaurants, fast food places, and a small grocery store within walking distance. We always think we're just going to stay one night, but then end up extending our stay to take in some of the sights in and around Red Bluff. This time we enjoyed exploring the Sacramento River Bend Outstanding Natural Area just north of the town where there are miles and mile s of trails for walking, mountain biking and horse back riding in a beautiful oak savanna setting.

We stayed here on 6/26/2015. I like this little RV Park. It's in town, but off the beaten track so it's quiet. It has lots of shade trees which were very welcome when it hit 108 degrees during our stay. The pool was small but very refreshing in the heat. Arrival was a breeze, and the staff were friendly and helpful and directed us to a nearby place on the Sacramento River where our two Labs could go for a swim to cool off. The temp cooled off to about 70 degrees that night.
Our site was adequate with full hookups and 30 amp service and cable TV. Gravel roads throughout. There is a nice steakhouse within walking distance about a block away and a soft serve ice cream place across from that. Easy and relaxing after a long days travel.
