Overall Rating
Paved road to campground in good condition, about 40 minutes from Clearwater. All sites are FCFS with good privacy. We arrived about noon on a Sunday to find almost ALL sites open, but all were full when we returned around 8pm. Mosquitoes were terrible, as expected, but otherwise we had a quiet enjoyable night. Star knocked because there were 2 dog poop bags left in our site not cleaned by staff.
No phone service of any kind until back into town.

Full disclosure. We did not stay here but did a drive-thru. This is a sweet Provencial park with clean old-school outhouses located 30+ miles from town of Clearwater. Well maintained, large sites. If you are seeking solitude and hiking with no cell or WiFi, this is your park. $20/Canadian per night. Best part is Helmcken Falls about 3 miles away and trailer-friendly. Bear sauntered approximately 40 feet from our truck across the road.
Camp Dawg would stay here again
