This place could be a five-star review but…
If you are going to charge a camping/day-use fee, you have to do minimal maintenance. The campground pit toilets were nailed shut and the day-use and boat ramp pit toilets were not cleaned or stocked during the four days we stayed. See photo 😔. Many campsites were trashed. Our neighbours got a $110 ticket for having an unopened bottle of liquor in their trunk, so there is definitely a law enforcement presence.

Overall Rating
Nice small lake with day-use and camping. Toilets are primitive pits & no bath-house or showers. Very basic but surprisingly clean for a MS lake. It’s pretty hilly around the lake and no continuous trail around lake. We live close by and enjoy afternoons here. Quiet and pretty place. Docks are a weathered. I don’t think motor boats are allowed. Bugs including chiggers so beware. Best in fall or spring. Pay box, no attendant.
