We stayed in one of the few pull through sites. Very few have 50 amp hookups. The pads are buckled and missing chunks, so it's tricky to get level. Very tight spots and roads around the campground. There is no sewer hook ups but there us a dump station on the campground. Be very cautious when reserving your spot, alot are really short ... more
We stayed in one of the few pull through sites. Very few have 50 amp hookups. The pads are buckled and missing chunks, so it's tricky to get level. Very tight spots and roads around the campground. There is no sewer hook ups but there us a dump station on the campground. Be very cautious when reserving your spot, alot are really short or have very tight turns to get your trailer onto the pad. Check satellite maps to see what to expect. It is a very clean campground, noise level was nonexistent as we were the only trailer here, and the views of the lake are great from just about any pad.

Be cautious when reserving. Look at the photos of each site and also the length of rig. We chose this one because it said 50’. It actually should read 30’ because of the severe downhill grade. Be cautious when reserving. Look at the photos of each site and also the length of rig. We chose this one because it said 50’. It actually should read 30’ because of the severe downhill grade. Some sites don’t have water hookups, although all have electric. With a boat launch at each end and a marina on the east side, there are boats zipping by from before sun up. Lots of wildlife: geese, herons, bald eagles, and a squirrel. Clean showers, good water pressure, manicured woods. Lots of trees for shade. Paved sites, concrete table and pad, fish tables, fire grill. Golden senior pass makes it $10 a night. We’ll be back!

Overall Rating
This site is right on the water. There are trees that provide shade. Most sites on the water require smaller rigs. Bathroom was not the worst, but could have been cleaned more often. There are 2 boat ramps, a swim area, and a playground. We had minimal AT&T service. There are 2 gas stations close also.
