There are many private Rv parks in the area to choose from and many mobile home/trailer parks that call themselves a Rv Park but they surely are not. Think dumpy trailer parks...Portside was definitely the nicer of the bunch we checked out.
We sure were glad we found Portside and would stay again...The staff were helpful and friendly. And all the facilities were very clean. This park really is a tiny house village with some rv sites. Mostly concrete and asphalt surfaces throughout.
My only gripe would be the coin operated showers that had no adjustments for hot or cold, and an extremely hard spray.

From front of park where our site was, had a nice view of the harbor. Great laundry room ($2 for each load if paying with coins - can pay with QR code for a .25 cent service fee). Overall we thought it was pricey, but had full hookups, with WiFi and cable included. WiFi was spotty and had difficulty connecting. Did not use the cable. We were there during heavy rain and there was a lot of standing water around our site. Would recommend drainage improvements. Because the park was clean and easily accessible, would stay here again.

Sites are mostly level, concrete and wide. This park is right in the heart of Brookings harbor yet peaceful and quiet. Excellent laundry. Able to stream with WiFi. Redwoods to the south 30 min away. Many state parks and beaches close by.

We check to see if we could stay couple of extra days. We are but will have to move. Not going to a problem just around the corner from where we are now.

It's just very, very tight. We were right up front and stuck out just a bit into the interior road. They did provide an orange cone and it was never an issue with rigs coming around the corner.
Asphalt and concrete with rock landscaping so challenging for doggies. No views as you're squeezed against the hillside with businesses between you and the marina.
Everything worked well. WiFi was sporadic although we were next to the office.
We'll find another park next time and hope for more room.

The trash dumpster was overflowing (okay, maybe not their fault), and they have coin-operated pay showers. Granted only .50-$1.00- but I am thinking that when you're already paying $44, the shower should be included!
Site #55 was level asphalt. (Bonus, wild berries near the trash dumpsters)
