I would definitely agree. Traffic to and from the port restaurant, Fat Cats and Diablo Canyon can be high. I recall some bike trails, but riding around the port would not be safe.

It is next to a busy road. Not really a campground. More of a parking area between the bay and road. Definitely not a good spot for kids to ride bikes. There is a bike path in town.
