Overview of Port Clinton Designated Dispersed Campsite 4
Camping is only allowed at designated campsites in Weiser State Forest. Reservations and permits are required and can be made online or over the phone. Campfires are prohibited from March 1 - May 25 without authorization from the state forest.
Black bears frequent the area. When not in immediate use, all food, beverages, coolers, cooking utensils, pet food, or other attractants must be kept in a closed, hard-sided vehicle or secured in a bear-proof storage container.

Overall Rating
Site "P4" @ 40.59526,-76.01433 is suitable for RV/camper and has picnic table and fire ring. Access from Rt 61 at 40.598608,-76.024535 (State Game Lands Dirt Rd, Orwigsburg, PA 17961). Gravel road in good condition to campsites. Snowmobiles apparently use the roads during the winter.
