It is right on the lake with beautiful beaches to enjoy. Also walking/biking distance to Tamarak ski area with endless trails. It is on the road so there was road noise around 6am, we recommend some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Beautiful place and we didn’t want to leave!

All RV pads are asphalt with sand pad for tents, picnic tables and fire rings. Trees in pictures seem sparse, but just enough trees for some shade, yet open enough for satellite. Beautiful views of the lake and quiet beach. The whole campground is pretty quiet since there are only about 20 sites.

Another fabulous Idaho State Park. This is one of several state parks on Lake Cascade. It is small one with all full hook up sites. Mostly back ins with a few pull throughs. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains are breathtaking. There is a boat ramp on site with lots of parking. Tamarac ski resort is just across the road and you can walk or ride your bike up to it. There is a closed golf course that is now a meadow that has a wonderful path to walk or ride. Many different types of birds around too. We saw a small herd of elk a few miles down the road. We’ve seen several people out in boats, kayaks and sup’s. Lots of people catching fish too. McCall is about a 30 minute drive for all of your shopping or dining needs. We loved it here and hope to be back one day.
