I would suggest reservations. They fill up quickly

They keep a couple sites as FCFS. HOWEVER, their rules are unconventional. If you're already camping there, you can put in a request ahead of time for the FCFS sites. Not what we're accustomed to as FCFS rules...this is as of today. We were inquiring about this coming weekend and were told that the FCFS sites were already claimed.

We didn’t. But this was few years ago before the camping boom
