“Harassed by State Hwy Patrol”

This is a small rest area, regularly patrolled by the local State Hwy Patrol office, who regularly chase people off, insisting that the maximum time you're permitted to sleep there is 4 hours. I called ODOT and the Patrol office both, and they say that the time allowed is solely at the Patrolman's discretion. They will harass anyone attempting to overnight at this location.
