Well maintained with mature trees, green grass and gravel pads. We had no problem with train noise. Never heard any in our Airstream with a fan running. Would definitely stay here again. Very friendly family run operation. Good WIFI on site. Great Mexican food 1 block away at Don Padro’s. Just off the interstate.

Nice RV Park, clean with enough space. My water spigot was locked and they couldn’t find the key. Luckily I had two hoses and tap into the guys spigot next to me. A bunch of kids were racing dirt bikes about 50’ from our spot. Very noisy. Trains pass about 500’ every hour, noisy but not too bad. Interstate about 700’ away, noisy but least offensive of all the noise makers.
Grass was green but I could see a lot of stickers growing but haven’t turned hard yet so it wasn’t bothering my dogs feet. I can see where it will be a big problem in a month or two.
Great WiFi. Most spots are pull through but why would they lock the water spigots. Never seen that before.
We are in a 18’ trailer.

This is an in-city RV Park just off of route 80. So the serenity is going to be limited. It's been in business and family owned since the 1930s, so I can only imagine how the area has changed. Even though it's a city RV park, the owners do a terrific job of keeping it as countrified as possible. There are lots of trees, a nice dog walking area, and it's spotlessly clean. Even though we were there only days before they close for the season, they were busy picking up leaves. Check in was smooth and the service was great. While it's not really a destination park, it made our trip along the way far more enjoyable than we expected. There is a train and a highway closeby, so it is noisy during the day. The train seemed to stop running at night, though, and of course the highway quieted down. We had no trouble sleeping.

We stopped here on our way across Wyoming for an overnight. It's a decent RV park with a mom and pop feel and a long history. As other reviewers have noted, the park is a welcome oasis of shade and greenery for this area. We used the laundromat, which was clean and functional.
