I arrived around 4pm on a Friday and there were 2 other campsites being used. I had great cell reception (Verizon).

Overall Rating
Pretty spot but really crowded and not defined spots so it’s a free for all on parking. Came in on a Wednesday afternoon and there were 7 campers already here. It’s a well known free camping spot - it’s better than a Walmart I guess but more campers showing up at 9pm.

A nice quite lake with easy access right off the highway. There 5-6 camp sites with fire rings from previous campers. Big rigs could fit in 2-3 of them easily. You can park right next to the lake or up in the trees. Was a bit a traffic through the day as people came to enjoy the lake, but only 1-2 stay the night. Plenty of space betwee... more
