Crowded parking between narrow "lanes" divided by steel tubular bumpers a liberal surely devised. Great riding area with an unmaintained "motocross" track as well as an endurocross track, other than that you'll likely appreciate the free nights stay and move on in the morning. Still free!

Not Free anymore... sign says $3/day use or $10/person for 2 days 1 night...
It's awesome if you're a dirt biker... It's almost like the 'Sand Dunes' of Montrose. Watch out for the HUGE ruts though!

If you camp with mountain bikes, or motorized toys there's awesome trails all around for wheeled fun, not the best hiking. I wouldn't recommend it as a campsite if you want peace and quiet, it's and OHV staging area, there's dirt bikes, ATVs, groups of people having fun and dust.
Any vehicle or RV can get to it but the last bit of road is almost always a washboard and pulling in is rutted out at times, good cell service. the parking lot is leveled and there's pit toilets on sight.
