Ack! Mosquitoes everywhere! We couldn’t step outside without getting a mosquito bite! The sites were close together and difficult to back into. The gym equipment was broken while we were there. You have to drive through a neighborhood and gravel road to get to the park.

This is a little off the beaten path but still in a great location. Our 'winter texan' stay began on Feb 1st 2020. When we made our reservations we were advised that the county gravel road was to be repaved before our arrival. That was not the case.There were potholes and bomb craters for that mile long torture track. It took 10 minute... more
