It appears from some photos that the parking is alternating nose in/nose out—which means your patio opens onto your neighbors patio. Is the whole park setup this way?

No. I believe there’s only one spot like this that you share with your neighbor. We stayed there while visiting wineries with our friends and it was a great spot!
