Park is well maintained and easy to access from I80. Great location if skiing at Canyons or Park City Mountain (as well as Deer Run). Clean bathrooms, showers, and laundry room. Spot was level and cleared of snow. Open hot tub was a welcome relief after a day of skiing. Looking to stay here again next winter.

If you just wanted to dump -$20
We stayed a Wednesday and Thursday night yet got charged 2 different prices. $64.90 and $67.85.
Very noisy all night long noise from trucks from highway.
It is close to the outlet mall and the Olympic park.

We loved this park. Easy Access from Route 80. Within minutes of stores, restaurants, Olympic Park, and historic downtown Park City. The staff is fantastic. We had to extend our stay to get the windshield replaced on our rig, and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. Everything is beautifully maintained. The park is built in 3 tiers going down the side of a hill. We were on the top level, site E1, with beautiful views across the river and valley. Sites on the top level are large with concrete pads, many but not all have a grassy sitting area and trees. We had no problem getting level. Roads on the top level are paved, wide, and easy to navigate with a big rig. The sites on levels 2 and 3 are spacious, some with grass and some are gravel. Roads on those levels are gravel, wide, and well maintained. There are nice grassy areas along the river with a bridge and path to walk on the other side. Laundry is clean, modern, and reasonably priced. All utilities worked as expected. WiFi and T-mobile were good. There is a nice fenced dog park, and doggie pick up bag dispensers are located throughout the park. There is road noise on the top level, but it didn’t disturb us. The lower 2 levels are shielded from road noise by the hill. We would definately stay here again.

Facilities are very nice - laundry and baths were clean. Wi-fi was consistent and worked well for us to work if our cell service was pretty solid. Yes it is near a highway, but it was really not that bad. Stayed up top, so down below would be much quieter. Would definitely stay here again.

We were on the 2nd tier down and didn't notice the freeway sounds. Walking down one more tier gets you to the creek and a walking path along the hills. Getting into Park City from here is an easy short drive and major stores are nearby. Definitely a convenient spot to see Park City from.

What this park lacks in ambiance, it makes up for in proximity. It is very close to the interstate, and is thus very loud. The sites in the campground area are small and not super well maintained.

We have a van but the road down is a little tricky for larger units. Saw a couple if 5th wheels struggle when leaving.
Just one dump, requires an elbow to use, nearest other dump is at least 19 miles away so I ended up not using it and going to one in Salt Lake.

When we asked to stay a 2nd night, was told by the lady working Monday August 10 to move over 1 space yet 14 spaces available right next to us . She said she promised another disabled person the tree spot which didn’t provide shade because it was only as tall as camper . Also it was so hot we had to start ac at 9am . When I informed her my boyfriend was a disabled vet she said “ Look ! , either move over or leave. So we left and so glad we did. We went to Jordanelle State Park 11 miles away. Lakes , cool breeze, tons of trees. No ac needed. The staff here was kind and jovial . Also the dirt at Park City RV Resort was fine powder that instantly got into the trailer. Here at Jordanelle State Park it’s paved with a patio, tons of shade trees, fire pit, Bbq pit & Lake views from all windows on the drivers side of the coach.

The location of these grounds is money. You have direct access to the bike path that leads directly into Old Town Park City and links you with lots of other trails. It’s right off the highway, so access is easy and there’s a Whole Foods, restaurants, gas and outlet shopping all less than a mile away. By car, Park City is about 15 min away, Salt Lake City is about 30 min. The star rating of these grounds can really be variable based on where your spot is located. There are 4 tiers of spots (the grounds are literally tiered), the top of which are reserved for newer, specific class vehicles. These spots have concrete pads and grass next to them and are available for ownership. You’re right on the road, so I’m sure noise can be a factor. The second tier still has full hookups but are gravel and have a bit nicer views, and road noise is blocked. The third tier, the one in which we were, are PHU. Half these spots are all gravel and very, very close. So close that our neighbor’s slide out prevented us from really using the picnic table. But it’s okay bc the picnic table was broken and gross. Some of the spots on this tier have meager plots of grass, a shaded structure and overlook the stream. They seem a bit nicer. Ours abutted the dirt wall and had a lot of wildlife (marmots? Chubby squirrels?) running around. They seem harmless, if just bold. The hookups were fine. The fourth tier has more PHUs and tent camping on nicer, grassy plots with the creek surrounding. I think we wound up with the crappiest location, but I’d still rate these grounds 4 stars. The pool/ hot tub was small but decent and has a lovely view. The other amenities are nice-to-haves. They have a lot of rules including no wood fires, though staff seemed friendly and not at all overbearing. We booked only about a week ahead of time, so we knew we wouldn’t have one of the better plots. The place was emptier on the weekdays and filled-up on the weekends. We enjoyed our stay as there’s a lot to see and do in the area and you’re barely at the campgrounds. Bring your bikes!
