{Dates Stayed: May 7-14, 2024} The only “paradise” was the cost. What a run-down dump. But, considering the price, this is what we got. Fortunately, we weren’t planning on ‘hanging out’ at our camper, instead we had a few more NP’s to explore. Payment was cash only and through a chainsaw-cut slit in the door to the unoccupied office. Met a couple in a Class-A that were long-time frequent flyers of this park and expressed how in its day it was a park to be envied. Unfortunately, the owner wasn’t in the best of health so was never around. Apparently, he let his son use the park as his decrepit & abandoned vehicle storage area. Many long-term or permanent residents with older 5th Wheel or Class-A campers occupy the back row. The utilities worked, never used the laundry or bathhouse. Sites were mostly level, gravel, back-in & pull-throughs. Grass, shrubs & trees were struggling. Driveways were worn gravel. If someone could buy out the place & put some effort & $, it could be returned to its former grandeur.

Sites very unlevel, hard to maneuver around, ended up tearing our roof on a low tree in one spot … we left and went up the road.

On your honor, pull in, pick a spot, drop payment in the door. 50 and 30 amp spots available as well as no hookups. Didn’t look at the facilities, but it was easy in and out with our 40 foot fifth wheel. Definitely run down, but the price is right.

Do not stay here.
Owner is a jerk.
Place is a junkyard of abandoned vehicles and trailers. Bathrooms are horrid.

“Looks gross, and they don’t answer the phone”

We tried to contact them to dump our tanks, but they never answered the phone. Did a drive through and it’s the least appealing option I’ve seen in the area

They even have internet which worked fine for us for basic use. Garbage dumpster and very quiet even though the park is about half full. Very reasonable price at 19.95 plus tax. The town is about three miles away and we rode our side by side to the local gas station and liquor store. Would definitely recommend if you have a big rig. Good cell coverage on Verizon and t-mobile. Decided to stay another night due to price.

Conveniently located at the northern most tip of Paguitch. Clean. Spaces are small but well kept. It’s RIGHT off the road and if you’re planning on staying longer I saw there are some beautiful Hikes near by!

We arrived during the off season and the place was on the honor system, though the owner knocked on our door the following morning to see if we needed anything.
Only the back row is level, but our truck steeped downhill quite a bit so we could reach the power and water connections. This made hitching back up again a little awkward but doable.
We didn’t use any amenities and didn’t know the WiFi password, but the back row didn’t really get a signal anyway. Our personal WiFi had a fanatatic signal though.
The campground itself was nice and maintained, with many upgrade projects in the works. All in all, great price for the proximity to Bryce Canyon.
