We reserved a site through Recreation.gov website

Thanks folks... This is our first trip trying BLM sites and I'm a bit apprehensive (perhaps needlessly) about a no-reserve option as we don't have many of those here in the northeast. We're also planning three nights at Imperial Dam LTVA prior to this location. Looking deeper into Recreation.gov, I found February reservations will open on 12/25.

There are so many sites you never need to reserve sites. I would think you could reserve anytime.
