Overall Rating
I'm hesitant to write a great review because of how much we loved this campground and don't want it to be too well known. But there you go. If you like remoteness and pristine forests with wonderful views and hiking nearby, you won't be disappointed here. And yet you're able to bring a larger trailer or RV as long as you're prepared to boondock as there are no utilities and it can get cold being at 6,000 feet elevation. The road in is uphill of course, but is in good condition. There is no cell reception. If you need it, you can drive 10 minutes to the top of the road and mountain where you can get it and check in.
