We drove through to check this campground out. It has lots of first-come sites in the northern loop and some in the southern loop also. Many of the sites would have accommodated our 34’ MOHO. All are back-in. And all are in a forest. We only saw one or two sites with partial sky exposure, but none that would have undoubtedly provided exposure for STARLINK.

There are water spigots throughout the campground but no RV fill site or dump station.

None of the campsites is on the lake, but a few are close. There is a long sand beach with shallow water for a long ways offshore. There is a free public boat launch in the campground with a huge lot. Many locals told us about this place and beach, so I suspect it gets busy on holiday weekends.

A road runs along the entire campground and can generate road noise. However, it’s a relatively low use road.

There was no cell signal in the campground, but we got a decent signal on the beach where you can see the town of Fort St. James and most of Stuart Lake which is huge.
